We have been so delighted with all of Miles experiences at Woofus Pet Spa. Diana has welcomed Miles every time with smiles, kind words, and yummy treats! I met Diana at PetSmart after a long, unhappy journey through "groomerland." I have a "teddybear" named Shadow who is half Shi Tzu and half Bichon. Unfortunately, he got the Bichon hair which I discovered most groomers would rather shave than comb as it mats easily. After a really unfortunate incident with a groomer who shaved Shadow almost bald, I went to PetSmart for the second time and, luckily, get assigned to Diana. She took wonderful care of Shadow. Later, when I found out she had left PetSmart, I immediately asked where she was going and found out that she was opening her own shop. I've been going to her since and I'd recommend her to anyone. She not only does a wonderful job, but she is gentle and kind to the dogs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Congratulations on your new business! I was thrilled to have another dog groomer in the area. Prior to Woofus opening it was always a minimum 2 week wait to get Sadie in to get groomed as I'm not one to setup routine grooming. I have been very happy with each experience we have had with Diana. She is very caring and intune with Sadie's needs and goes the extra mile to make sure she uses the right product on Sadie. Most importantly, Sadie is very happy when I pick her up!! I will recommend Diana and Woofus to all of my "dog friends"! Thank you for all you do for us Diana!

For the past seven years, I have been training and taking care of dogs for a living, and quite frankly, Diana is the only groomer that I recommend. I have known Diana for years and I can say proudly that she has an absolute gift when it comes to handling dogs (and cats!). She is calm, understanding, and loving towards animals, and they certainly respond in kind. I have received nothing but glowing reviews from all the clients that I have referred to her. I consider Diana a friend, and naturally I hope her business succeeds for her sake. However, my real motivation in spreading the word about Woofus is knowing for a fact that Diana is good for dogs. She will do everything in her power to ensure that your dog has a positive experience, even if that means having to sacrifice her compulsion towards grooming perfection! All the same, you will be more than happy with the quality of grooming you receive at Woofus. Moreover, you will be so pleased with how much your dog will love being groomed by Diana. Watch in amazement as your dog (especially your shy or nervous dog) learns to build a positive association with being groomed! There is no need to feel guilty when your dog runs or cowers at the prospect of having his nails trimmed or his hair cut; take your dog to Woofus! If you live in the Madison area, it is really a short trip on the highway to Woofus, and whatever money you may spend on gas will likely be offset by Diana's super reasonable rates! Diana is the complete package; her work is outstanding and her clients are so very loyal to her because they already know first-hand what I have just attempted to sum-up. There is no need to search any further; you will never find another skilled groomer with a higher empathy quotient.
